1. Services

Nebulink AI provides AI-powered automation services including but not limited to:

• CRM setup and management
• Workflow automation (via n8n, CRMs, AI tools, SMS/voice integrations)
• Appointment booking automations
• Client communication workflows (chatbots, voice, SMS, email)
• Review and reputation management automations

We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, HIPAA where applicable).
• Obtain appropriate consent from your customers before sending automated emails, SMS, or calls.
• Ensure that content provided to Nebulink AI does not infringe third-party rights.

3. Payments

• Setup and subscription fees are due upfront unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments are processed via Stripe or another approved provider.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Term & Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
• We may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment or unlawful use.

5. Intellectual Property

• Nebulink AI retains ownership of all proprietary templates, workflows, and software.
• Client retains ownership of their customer data.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" without warranty.
• We are not responsible for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months of service.

7. Confidentiality

We will not disclose your confidential business data, except to deliver services or comply with the law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

9. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Nebulink Business Solutions LLC related to appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
